भारत सरकार ने एकीकृत महिला सशक्तिकरण कार्यक्रम अंतर्गत महिलाओं की सुरक्षा एवं बचाव हेतु एक अम्ब्रेला योजना "मिशन शक्ति की शुरुआत की है।
Women Empowerment: The Government of India has launched an umbrella scheme “Mission Shakti” for the safety and security of women under the Integrated Women Empowerment Programme.
मिशन शक्ति के अंतर्गत सभी आने वाली योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन एवं संचालन हेतु राज्य स्तर पर राज्य स्तरीय महिला सशक्तिकरण केन्द्र (State Hub for Empowerment of Women) स्थापित है।
Women Empowerment: Hub for Empowerment of Women has been established at the state level for the implementation and operation of all the upcoming schemes under Mission Shakti.

राज्य स्तरीय महिला सशक्तिकरण केन्द्र में 06 पदों पर एकमुश्त / संविदा मासिक वेतन पर भर्ती के लिए पात्र आवेदकों से दिनांक 30.10.2023 तक आवेदन आमंत्रित है। पदों एवं आवेदन प्रक्रिया का विवरण निम्नानुसार है -

विज्ञापन में दिये प्रारूप अनुसार टंकित कराया जाकर निर्धारित प्रारूप में भरे हुए आवेदन पत्र डाक / कुरियर द्वारा दिनांक 30.10.2023 की संध्या 5:00 बजे तक संचालक संचालनालय, महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग इन्द्रावती भवन, ब्लॉक-1, द्वितीय तल नया रायपुर 492002 को पंजीकृत डाक/ स्पीड पोस्ट / कोरियर के माध्यम से ही प्राप्त किये जायेंगे।
Women Empowerment: getting the application typed as per the format given in the advertisement, the filled application form in the prescribed format should be sent by post/courier by 5:00 pm on 30.10.2023 to the Director's Directorate, Women and Child Development Department, Indravati Bhawan, Block-1, Second Floor, Naya Raipur 492002. Will be received through registered post/speed post/courier only.
आयु सीमा Age Range - -
• आयु की गणना दिनांक 01.01.2023 की स्थिति में की जाएगी।
Age will be calculated as on 01.01.2023.
• जेण्डर विशेषज्ञ, अनुसंधान एवं प्रशिक्षण विशेषज्ञ हेतु अभ्यर्थी की आयु 01.01. 2023 को 21 वर्ष से कम तथा 45 वर्ष से अधिक न हो। इसके अतिरिक्त छत्तीसगढ़ के स्थानीय निवासी को आयु सीमा में छूट के संबंध में राज्य शासन द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी निर्देशों के अनुरूप छूट की पात्रता होगी किंतु सभी छूटो को मिलाकर अधिकतम आयु सीमा 50 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी।
Women Empowerment: Age of candidate for Gender Expert, Research and Training Expert 01.01. Should not be less than 21 years and more than 45 years as on 2023. Apart from this, the local resident of Chhattisgarh will be eligible for relaxation as per the instructions issued from time to time by the state government regarding relaxation in age limit, but the maximum age limit including all the relaxations will not exceed 50 years.
• शेष अन्य सभी पदों हेतु अभ्यर्थी की आयु 01.01.2023 को 21 वर्ष से कम तथा 35 वर्ष से अधिक न हो। इन पदों हेतु इसके अतिरिक्त राज्य शासन द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी निर्देशों के अनुरूप आयु की छूट की पात्रता होगी, किन्तु सभी छूटों को मिलाकर उनके लिए अधिकतम आयु सीमा 45 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी।
Women Empowerment: For all other posts, the age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years and more than 35 years as on 01.01.2023. Apart from this, there will be eligibility for age relaxation for these posts as per the instructions issued from time to time by the State Government, but the maximum age limit for them including all the relaxations will not exceed 45 years.
Women Empowerment: महिला सशक्तिकरण द्वारा विभिन्न पदों पर भर्ती
• आयु के सत्यापन / समर्थन हेतु जन्म प्रमाण-पत्र या कक्षा 8वीं, 10वीं की अंक सूची, जिसमें जन्म तिथि अंकित हो के आधार पर किया जावेगा। दस्तावेज सत्यापन के समय मूल प्रति एवं स्वप्रमाणित प्रति लाना अनिवार्य होगा।
Women Empowerment: Verification/support of age will be done on the basis of birth certificate or mark sheet of class 8th, 10th, in which the date of birth is mentioned. It will be mandatory to bring the original and self-attested copy at the time of document verification.
उपरोक्त उल्लेखित योग्यता ना रखने वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन ना करें। वेतन भत्ते, अन्य सुविधाओं का विवरण - यह पद भारत शासन की मिशन शक्ति अंतर्गत योजना के पद है, भारत शासन के दिशा-निर्देश के अनुसार एवं दी जा रही वित्तीय सहायता अवधि तक ही तथा निर्धारित संविदा (एकमुश्त ) वेतन पर होंगे।
Women Empowerment: Candidates not possessing the above mentioned qualifications should not apply. Details of salary, allowances and other facilities - These posts are posts under the Mission Shakti scheme of the Government of India, as per the guidelines of the Government of India and will be on fixed contract (lump sum) salary only for the period of financial assistance being given.
पदों हेतु वेतन संबंधी विवरण उपरोक्तानुसार विज्ञापन में कॉलम क्रमांक 7 पर उल्लेखित एकमुश्त संविदा वेतन देय होगा तथा संविदा वेतन के अतिरिक्त कोई भी अन्य वेतन / भत्ते की पात्रता नहीं होगी। सेवा समाप्ति के उपरांत नियुक्त कर्मचारी को किसी भी प्रकार के पेंशन, उपादान, भत्ता एवं मृत्यु लाभ इत्यादि की पात्रता नहीं होगी।
Women Empowerment: Salary related details for the posts, as mentioned in the above advertisement, lump sum contract salary mentioned at column number 7 will be payable and apart from the contract salary, there will be no eligibility for any other salary/allowance. After termination of service, the appointed employee will not be eligible for any kind of pension, gratuity, allowance and death benefit etc.
• इन कर्मियों को अवकाश सुविधा तथा यात्रा भत्ता की पात्रता संविदा नियम 2012 ( यथा संशोधित समय-समय पर ) अनुसार ही देय होगी।
Women Empowerment: The entitlement of leave facility and traveling allowance to these workers will be payable only as per the Contract Rules 2012 (as amended from time to time).
